Bag them and crush
Pour into a bowl
Add a sprinkling of sugar…
Add some milk…but not too much(!)

Striding solo
Started walking across Jawbone walk last Sunday morning and what a sight to behold, it was totally empty. Never seen it like this during the day before (if 10am counts as day)
